Update Regarding Add-On Versioning

My colleague Michelle Hirsch, from MathWorks, provided an update regarding yesterday's blog post about add-on versioning. MathWorks has new package version management features available, and they are working to extend that functionality to support code submissions on MATLAB File Exchange.
